These solar lights sit inside a flexible clear tube, giving the string a smooth, rope-like look that wraps neatly around tree trunks, railings and fences. A small solar panel charges during the day and powers the lights after dark, so there is no need for an outdoor outlet or extension cords. It is an easy way to light up a garden, porch or balcony for the holidays and beyond.
Four lengths are available: 7 m with 100 LEDs, 12 m with 200 LEDs, 22 m with 400 LEDs and 32 m with 600 LEDs. Longer strings suit large trees and long fence lines, while shorter ones fit planters and smaller railings. A remote control lets you switch the lights and change modes without reaching the panel. Place the panel where it gets several hours of direct sun.
Choose multicolor for a festive, playful look or warm white for a cozy glow that also works through the rest of the year. The copper wire inside the tube is bendable and holds its shape around branches. Brightness and run time depend on daily sunlight, so winter days with low sun may give shorter evenings of light. Wipe the panel clean now and then to keep it charging well.
