Make a statement with a light fixture that doubles as art. This chandelier is hand-woven from natural bamboo into a wide, gently sloping shape inspired by a traditional straw hat. When lit, the weave glows warmly and casts beautiful patterns overhead, turning a dining table, living room or entryway into the focal point of the home.
Six diameters let you scale the piece to your room. The 30 and 40 cm sizes work over a bedside, a small breakfast table or in a row above an island, while the 60, 70 and 80 cm sizes are dramatic centerpieces for open plan living rooms and high ceilings. Each one is shaped by hand, so small variations in the weave are part of its charm. The shade is lightweight for its size, and its wide brim spreads light across a large table so everyone can see their plates, cards or board games clearly during long evenings.
The natural material complements Japandi, wabi-sabi, coastal and organic modern interiors and adds instant warmth to minimal spaces. The fixture takes a standard bulb, sold separately, so you can choose warm white for the coziest effect. Installation is a hardwired ceiling fixture, and we recommend a licensed electrician. Dust lightly with a soft brush to keep the bamboo looking fresh.
