A round ring of pine needles, red berries and pinecones that makes a quick Christmas centrepiece. Set a pillar candle in the middle for the dining table, or slip it around the base of a lantern, a vase or a wine bottle for a festive touch on a sideboard or bar cart.
It also works as a small wreath: hang it on a cabinet knob, a mirror or a door with a ribbon, or lay a few along a mantel between candle holders and stockings. The ring is built on a foam and wire base, so it holds its round shape and can be used again each year.
There are 8 styles to choose from, shown in the photos, with different mixes of greenery, berries and pinecones. Pick one to match your table, or mix two or three styles along a long table or a holiday buffet. Keep any open flame clear of the greenery; a glass hurricane or an LED candle works well in the centre.
